High Water

The Wren River is rising toward Substation East. When the water reaches it, anything still energized is destroyed. But Substation East feeds half the town, and every site it feeds has its own backup clock: a battery, a tank of fuel, a wet well filling up.

You're the duty manager. Click any site on the map to see what it needs and what you can do. Crews and the one portable generator take time to get anywhere, and the Mill Street bridge won't stay open.

Your first move: move the hospital to Substation North with tie switch TS-4, then switch Substation East off before the water reaches it.
